POOL RULES & LIABILITY AGREEMENT

POOL HOURS

Mon-Sun: 10AM–8PM

*Please note: Scheduled maintenance is performed every Monday. Pool may close temporarily during this time.


By entering the facility, you agree to abide by the following rules. Failure to comply may result in the immediate revocation of your pool pass and loss of pool privileges for the remainder of the season.


⏰ Pool Hours

  1. Tuesday through Sunday: 10:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.
  2. Pool Closed Every Monday: The pool will be closed each Monday for required maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and facility inspections.


📋 Pool Access Requirements

Before entering the pool area, all homeowners, tenants, and authorized occupants must complete the following steps:


  1. Scan the QR Code: Scan the community Pool QR Code before each visit.
  2. Register Online: Complete all required registration and contact information on the digital form.
  3. Bring Your Pass: Carry your assigned physical Pool Pass or an ID with your proof of residency at all times while using the facility.
  4. Show Proof: Present your Pool Pass upon request by an authorized representative of the Association.


🚨 Note: Individuals who fail to register through the QR Code system or who do not possess a valid Pool Pass or verification of residency, may be denied entry.

🚫 Important Pool Rules & Property Care

1. Swim at Your Own Risk: No Lifeguard on Duty.


2. Supervision Required: Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.


3. Conduct: No running, roughhousing, pushing, or unsafe behavior.


4. Strictly No Glass: No glass containers are permitted in the pool area at any time.


5. Prohibited Substances: No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances inside the gates.


6. Attire: Proper swim attire is required. Swim diapers are required for children who are not fully potty-trained.


7. Pets: No pets allowed within the pool enclosure (except service animals).


8. Cleanliness: Residents are strictly responsible for cleaning up all trash after themselves and their guests.


👥 Guest Policy & Gatherings

  1. Guest Limit: A maximum of two (2) guests are permitted per household.
  2. Resident Escort: Guests must remain accompanied by the resident at all times. Residents are entirely responsible for the conduct of their guests.
  3. Parties and Gatherings: No parties, private events, or large gatherings are permitted without prior written approval from the Board of Directors.


🔒 Security, Monitoring & Enforcement


Please be aware that the pool area is under 24/7 monitoring. Sharing Pool Passes, manipulating QR registrations, or opening the gates to allow unauthorized individuals into the pool area is strictly prohibited.


Violations of any pool rules will be strictly enforced and may result in:

  1. Immediate removal from the pool area.
  2. Immediate suspension/revocation of pool privileges and pool passes for the entire season.
  3. Monetary fines as permitted by the Association's governing documents.
  4. Full financial liability for property damages, replacements, or cleanup costs.


Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk By accessing and entering the pool area, residents acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with all Association pool rules, and assume all risks associated with pool use for themselves, their households, and their guests.
