Phase 1: Modern Landscaping

1. Ground Cover: Sustainable black river rock and cedar-colored mulch.
2. Flora: Low-maintenance ornamental tall grasses and yuccas to replace dated hedges.
3. Signage: New matte black and copper metal logo sized to fit our existing brick monument.

Phase 2: Exterior Paint & Trim

1. Siding: Traditional wood planks updated to SW Mineral Gray.
2. Trim & Gutters: Professional finish in matte Tricorn Black.
3. Masonry: Original red brick and stucco remain, refreshed via professional pressure washing.
