PARKING & TOWING

To maintain safety and ensure available parking for all residents at Greenspoint Landing, we utilize the iStall digital permit system. Compliance is monitored 24/7 by Harris County Towing Solutions.


*PLEASE NOTE: VEHICLES ARE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BY GREENSPOINT LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.


Resident Vehicle Registration

We use a digital permit program where your license plate is your permit.


  1. Permit Limit: Each lease-holding resident is allowed one (1) parking permit.


  1. Registration Process:
  2. Visit iStall.us or download the iStall app.
  3. Enter Location ID: 17210.
  4. Select “Create New Acct” and enter your name and email.
  5. Enter your vehicle information and your Management-provided parking code.


  1. Critical Accuracy: Ensure your license plate is entered correctly. Note that Texas plates do not use the letters “I,” “O,” or “Q” (use ones and zeros instead). Mistakes will trigger an immediate tow.


  1. Updates: You must update your account immediately if you get a new vehicle or a temporary rental.


Visitor Parking

  1. Designated Areas: Guests must park only in areas specifically marked for visitors.


  1. Registration: All guest vehicles must be registered through iStall immediately upon arrival.


  1. Required Info: You will need to provide the visitor's license plate, phone number, and the apartment number they are visiting.


  1. Responsibility: It is the resident’s responsibility to inform their guests of these policies.


Towing Regulations & Enforcement

Any vehicle violating the following rules is subject to immediate towing without notice at the owner's expense:


  1. Unregistered Vehicles: Any vehicle without a valid iStall permit or visitor registration.


  1. Illegal Parking: Parking on sidewalks, curbs, grass, fire lanes, or double-parking (over the line).


  1. Obstructions: Blocking entry/exits, sidewalks, other vehicles, or trash dumpsters.


  1. Hazardous/Inoperable Vehicles: Vehicles on jacks/blocks, leaking fluids, or determined by Management to be a safety threat.


  1. Registration Issues: Vehicles without current state registration or display of fictitious plates.


Handicap Parking

Residents with a valid state-issued handicap placard and a valid iStall permit are authorized to park in designated handicap spaces. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
